A Medic-Led Aesthetics Clinic in Basildon, Essex
Founded by Lucy, YouthTopia Skin Aesthetics is a medic-led, Nurse Prescriber clinic specialising in advanced facial aesthetics, skin rejuvenation and personalised cosmetic treatments.
With years of experience working within the NHS, alongside 10 years extensive training in medical aesthetics, Lucy brings a wealth of knowledge, skill and dedication to every treatment. She continues to work within the NHS on a part-time basis, maintaining her clinical experience and professional development.
Lucy's passion for aesthetics began as a client herself, inspiring her to pursue a career helping others look and feel their best.
Through Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and advanced specialist training, Lucy has developed an extensive portfolio of treatments, including dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, PDO threads, skin boosters, polynucleotides, PRP therapy, plasma skin tightening, and advanced skin rejuvenation treatments such as peels and microneedling.

Mr. Al Sabti – Consultant Surgeon
Mr Ali Al Sabti is an experienced Consultant Surgeon specialising in shoulder surgery, arthroscopic procedures and sports-related injuries.
With an extensive medical and surgical background, Mr Al Sabti has played an important role in Lucy's professional journey, encouraging and supporting her as she took her first steps into the field of medical aesthetics.
Lucy used to work alongside Mr Al Sabti at Westland Medical Centre in Hornchurch, where they used to maintain their respective practices.
His guidance and encouragement helped lay the foundations for the development of YouthTopia Skin Aesthetics.
This longstanding professional relationship reflects the importance Lucy places on clinical knowledge, continued professional development and maintaining high standards within aesthetic practice.
Lucy continues to work for the NHS and strives hard to maintain medical practices and a duty of care to her clients.
